Rates

Free initial 15-minute phone consultation.

All other fees are due on the date of service.

Individual and Family Therapy:

Rate: $275-$185 per 50-minute session. The info graphic below will give you an estimate of your fee. Good Faith Estimate here.

1.5-2 Hour Talk & Somatic Therapy Sessions: Session rate based on agreed upon hourly rate. Available upon request based on clinical considerations.

Insurance: Accepting plans through Lyra. Reimbursement submission available through Mentaya. Please note that most insurance programs will not provide coverage for more than 1 hour of psychotherapy per day.

EMDR Intensives:

EMDR Intensives: $325 per 60 minute hour. No less than 2 hours per intensive session.

Group Therapy:

ADHD Parenting Support Group: $800 for an 8 week group.

ADHD Parenting Summer Seminars: $100 per seminar.

Supervision & Consultation:

Consultation for EMDR certification: $165 per hour

Individual supervision: $165 per hour

Triadic supervision: $130 per hour

Group supervision: $95 per group meeting (each group meeting is 2hrs)

License to Freedom Alumni: Discounted rate for EMDR consultation and clinical consultation. Please contact for details. Based on availability.

Using insurance with Oak Grove Counseling:

Easy reimbursement for therapy fees: Because my practice is largely Out-Of-Network (OON), I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their OON insurance benefits to save money on therapy. The tool below will check to see if you qualify for reimbursement for therapy at Oak Grove Counseling LLC.

Submitting superbills without Mentaya: If you’d like to ask your insurance company for reimbursement without using Mentaya. I am happy to provide a superbill for this purpose. Please check with your insurance program to determine if your program reimburses for therapy.

Reduced Fees:

I provide low-fee services to a few folks at a time. All availability for this program is currently in use and I am not able to accept new clients for low-fee services at this time.

Logistics

Payment is by cash or credit card at the time of service.

My office is located at 614 E. Darby Rd, Havertown, PA 19083.

Telehealth sessions are available for CA clients and PA clients as needed.
