Welcome to the Resource Library!

Whether you're here to support your own therapy journey or your child’s, you are in the right place! Here you’ll find informative posts, resources, and worksheets to access between sessions. Library resources are identified by topic rather than diagnosis, because we all benefit when we learn from one another. Take a look, and let’s reflect on what speaks to you in our next session.

Organization and Doing Things

No matter what kind of emotional, relational, or psychological challenges we’re facing, sometimes doing life can feel harder than usual. These posts, resources, and worksheets provide actionable steps to help reduce stress and exhaustion.

Sensory Softeners

Sometimes, what we the volume to turn down a bit, or for the lights to be less… bright. Here you’ll find some easy, low-stakes way to help yourself get tuned into the world tuned just right, so that you can participate as much as you want to.

Book Reports

Mine, not yours! Whether you’re an audiobook person or you like holding a paper copy in your hand, you’ll find synopses and observations about materials that offer a deep dive into helpful topics.

Finding Resources in the Library Stacks

The library provides digital offerings that you can access and use whenever feels right for you. They do not replace therapy and are meant to be used as supplements to therapy and reminders about helpful ideas.

If you find this content helpful, or have questions about the ideas shared, please let me know at our next session. We can also discuss ways to expand and deepen the impact of what you learn here. I have additional resources including worksheets and crib sheets for concepts that are best addressed in session. I’d love to share them with you, too- please just ask!
